Kimberley Summer Theatre Society (founded 1998) produces yearly theatre shows and a summer theatre school in Kimberley BC, a small, scenic town in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Our objective is to provide affordable but professional theatre for an international audience of all ages.

Every year we produce a stage show (generally a musical comedy for all the family, performed in our local theatre) and a Vaudeville show (a free, half hour variety show, performed outdoors in our city centre). Our shows and school run in July and August, when Kimberley is busy with tourists from all over the world.

As a not-for-profit society, we can keep our tickets prices low because of the support of our members, donators, volunteers and local government. Apart from our professional actors, we largely work on a volunteer or semi-volunteer basis.
